President & Chief Operating Officer: Nadine Santana

Nadine Santana is the President and Chief Operating Officer of LINC. In this new role, she will monitor and improve LINC’s processes, oversee the development and delivery of services and programs, and lead implementation of the organization’s strategic plan.

As a transformational executive and visionary, Nadine brings a wealth of experience to this role including the growth, development, and execution of strategies that surpass ambitious business goals and drive operational excellence. She has an impressive history of building and mentoring highly accomplished teams, opening new revenue streams, working cross functionally to improve efficiencies and effectiveness, and positioning organizations for success. In addition, Nadine has managed community outreach efforts for local, regional, and national organizations. As a diversity and inclusion (D&I) champion and voice for the often marginalized and underrepresented, Nadine has helped launch and lead D&I councils and Employee Resource Groups for Fortune 100 companies. She is passionate about engaging and connecting employees, equipping leaders and employees to support inclusive workplaces, and attracting and retaining diverse talent.

Outside the office, Nadine is active in non-profit 501(c)3 organizations and church where she serves as a Board of Trustees Member and core leader. Through this work, she has organized major events to help families facing food insecurities and in need of resources, conferences to help women and marriages thrive, small youth groups to instill faith and confidence in a rising generation often considered at-risk, and so much more.

Whether at the national level through corporate responsibility or local level through non-profits, Nadine is committed to economic development and social impact.

Nadine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from Lehigh University. Additionally, she maintains a Property and Casualty license in Pennsylvania and Ohio.

Chief Growth & Development Officer: Donna Cornelius

Donna Cornelius is the new Chief Growth & Development Officer (CGDO).  During her previous role as CEO she was hired to build LINC she has been running and growing the organization for the last six years. Her knowledge and experience will drive her focus to exposure of LINC to work and support more employers in the Lehigh Valley.  She will also be focused on the regional growth of LINC.

Prior to building and joining LINC she owned her own consulting company, WriteWorks Company for nearly 14 years. The company focused on marketing and project and content management. Her clients represented a multitude of industries. She also consulted and managed projects for large companies like Lexis Nexis, T-Mobile and H&R Block, mid-level companies, as well as working with non-profit organizations.

During the growth of LINC Donna received her certification in Culture Competency, she is a Certified Biblical Counselor and has completed and now coaches transformational leadership trainings. These trainings and certifications contribute to the growth and success of LINC.

In the last two years Donna has added Business Coaching, leadership training, speaking and teaching to her list of accomplishments.

Whether consulting, managing, or coaching, she applies the same principles: Perspective, Goals, and a Strong Plan that results in success. Her self-proclaimed title of “People Broker” is what drove her to accept the Lehigh University’s National Science Foundation Supplement Grant position. She was hired to build the LINC organization in collaboration with an amazing task force of regional employers and stakeholder executives. Donna believes that collaboration is what excels all in a positive direction.

As an accompanying partner spouse” through nine moves, she understands the challenges and obstacles of transition­ing to a new community, profession, and life. Her passion to turn obstacles into opportunities, and her passion for people, is what drives her to support and lead LINC and all of her businesses with the expectation that all things are possible. Whether working with the regional employers on solutions for recruitment and retention, coaching leadership trainings, speaking, or one-on-one coaching there is one thread that remains the same: It starts with a vision. It continues with transformation: Cast It, Define It, Develop It, Build it. Live it!

Donna earned a B.A. degree in Marketing with a minor in Business Administration from Anderson University in Anderson, IN. Donna and her husband Larry live in the Lehigh Valley. They have a daughter who is an entrepreneur like her Mother and owns a highly successful spa in Easton, and two grown sons. One is an Easton Police Officer and a Sargent in the National Guard; and the youngest son is preparing to go into the Army full-time.

IT Services & Business Support Administrator: Patricia Sittikul

Patricia Sittikul is a student at Lehigh University studying Computer Science. After moving to the Lehigh Valley almost five years ago she quickly fell in love with the area in all its quirkiness and beauty. She develops and maintains the LINC portal, website, and software, and assists administration and marketing as well. Her interests include web development, graphic design/digital art, and human computer interaction. She is delighted to be a part of the LINC team and considers herself very lucky that she is able to contribute to such meaningful work.

Client Services Manager: Terry Camilli

Terry Camilli has over 15 years with Air Products as a marketing professional. Her broad experience working in a diverse multi-cultural employee and customer base will aid her in her new role as Client Services Manager. She highly values relationships and actively seeks to build those with partners, clients, and colleagues. Terry’s passion for marketing and people drives her to deliver business results while balancing a keen ability to listen and advise, with a kind, pleasant, nature.

As a Lehigh Valley resident for over 30 years, Terry’s knowledge and connections in the valley will enable her to support new hires and their families transitioning into the region. Her enthusiasm, tenacity, and can-do attitude create an environment that fosters integration and team collaboration. She is excited about the opportunity to acclimate future LINC clients into our community.
